Paula Spada
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Paula Spada is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel to PSP Partners and is responsible for shaping our legal strategy, ensuring robust compliance and risk management practices, and supporting our long-term growth and success.
Prior to joining PSP Partners, Paula was the Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer at White Lodging Services Corporation where she was instrumental in guiding the company and its affiliated family office through complex legal, business, and governance matters. Prior to White Lodging, Paula served as VP and Assistant General Counsel for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and practiced as an associate in the Chicago offices of Sidley Austin LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Over the course of her career, Paula has built a breadth of experience including real estate investments, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and family office advisory.
Paula earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law and an LL.M. degree from University of Michigan. She also received a lawyer’s degree from Universidad Católica Argentina Law School in Buenos Aires.
