Prior to joining PSP Partners, Paula was the Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer at White Lodging Services Corporation where she was instrumental in guiding the company and its affiliated family office through complex legal, business, and governance matters. Prior to White Lodging, Paula served as VP and Assistant General Counsel for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and practiced as an associate in the Chicago offices of Sidley Austin LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Paula earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law and an LL.M. degree from University of Michigan.
