Chicago, IL (January 12, 2023) – PSP Partners, a global private investment firm founded by its Chairman, Penny Pritzker, is pleased to announce the promotions of Peter Berghoff and Don Traubert to Director of PSP Capital, the control equity-focused arm of the firm.

Peter Berghoff joined PSP Capital in 2014 and has been instrumental in developing the firm’s Business & Technology Services practice. During his tenure with PSP, Peter has led or supported more than 10 investments including the successful combination of portfolio company 3Q with DEPT, a leading global marketing platform. Peter also currently serves on the board of Ntiva, a leading managed IT Services provider. Prior to joining PSP, Peter worked as an investment banker at Robert W. Baird. Peter holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.

Don Traubert joined PSP Capital in 2020 and focuses on transactions in the Advanced Industrials segment. He co-led PSP Capital’s acquisition of StormTrap, a global leader in stormwater management solutions, and serves on the Board of Directors at E.B. Bradley Company. Prior to joining PSP, Don worked at BDT & Company and began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Don holds a B.A. in History from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
